MEET SARAH BEARCLAW
As a pastry chef in LA, I saw many early mornings fueled by coffee and something quick that I could shove into my mouth, like a croissant—or 3. On a good day, it would be granola.
That very granola went city-wide when a good friend asked to carry it at his new coffee shop. Soon other coffee shops came knocking, and Bearclaw Kitchen came to life.
Today our goal is to create truly delicious and nutrient-packed alternatives to your average breakfast pastry. And more. Our granola and snacks will help you look forward to getting up in the morning and tackling the day.
